rFactor2 – Tournament Structure
Who is the best driver in Europe? Season 4 of the A1 eSports League Austria is starting and we decided to open the rFactor 2 race tracks for all European drivers. Racing has never been more exciting. This is the tournament structure for rFactor 2.
Tournament Structure
There will be 6 open qualifier races starting in September. The last race will be for Austrian drivers only! To participate you have to drive your fastest lap in the Hotlap Qualifier . The 30 drivers with the best time qualify for this weeks Showdown. One race decides if you can move on to the next round – The Shootout. Only the best 6 drivers of each weeks Showdown will qualify.
The Shootout will take place in October. 30 drivers compete for a trip to Vienna and a spot in the grand finals. 6 drivers will get their spot trough the Shootout, 2 drivers qualify directly trough the Austrian Showdown.
Prize Money
1st: 3.200 €
2nd: 1.600 €
3rd: 800 €
4th: 500 €
5th & 6th: 300 €
7th & 8th: 150 €
